Which health insurance is required for foreigns student in Finland ?

Duration of the insurance

The migration office in Finland www.migri.fi request that you purchase an insurance that will cover at least the 1st year of your stay in Finland. You can renew the insurance year by year.

Non EU/EEA students, if you stay less than 2 years in Finland
